Benchmark Promotes Three CCRC Leaders
Chris Golen has been promoted from Campus Executive Director to Regional Director of Operations for all of Benchmark’s Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).
Chris joined Benchmark over 12 years ago, quickly becoming known for his operational excellence. In 2013, he became Campus Executive Director for The Commons at Lincoln where he oversaw the addition of assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services.
A three-time Benchmark award winner, Chris received the 2017 Darrell Harvey Values Award at our Annual Awards Gala in March for his leadership in exemplifying the company’s values. He earned a master’s degree in aging services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and lives in Pelham, N.H., with his wife and two children.
Reynaldo LeBlanc has been promoted from Associate Campus Executive Director to Campus Executive Director for The Commons.
Reynaldo has held a variety of positions at The Commons over the last five years, including successfully leading the opening of assisted living and memory care at the community. He began his Benchmark career in 2013 as Move-in Coordinator at the community.
Since joining the company, Rey earned a master’s degree in management from Lasell College, and in 2017 he completed the Benchmark Emerging Leaders Program. He lives in Natick, Mass.
Holly Dineen has been promoted from Director of Sales and Marketing to Associate Campus Executive Director.
Holly started her senior living career with Benchmark over 12 years ago as Senior Director of Community Relations for our three Newton, Mass., communities. She has been at The Commons for the last year.
A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Holly obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management from Emmanuel College. She lives in Burlington, Mass., with her husband and daughter. jodi
Together Chris, Reynaldo and Holly have made The Commons one of New England’s finest CCRCs, so these promotions are well-deserved.
